My Extremely Sweet Sixteen!

It was today, the 1st of March that I celebrated my much awaited 16th birthday party. Though my birthday was on 27th February I celebrated it today. I was very excited for my birthday party not only because it was my sweet sixteen but also as it could be the last time I celebrate my birthday with my school friends as we are passing out of school next year.

After a lot of discussion and debate, me and my mom came to a conclusion that we would make all my friends watch a movie which would be followed by lunch (buffet) at Rendezvous(name of restaurant).

I had informed all my friends to reach by 11 am sharp as the movie was to commence by 11.30 am but like always apart from a handful of friends all others were late. So once all were present(of course not on time) we headed to cinema number 20 where we had booked the top most row and the row below that in equal halves.

At first when deciding the movie a few of my friends weren't that happy about the movie but after they saw it they were compelled to take their words back. The movie was no less thrilling than a roller coaster ride and kept us at the edge of our seat throughout. Also, before i forget the name of the movie was 'Non-stop' which starred the most amazing and thriller-specialist actor, Liam Neeson.

Once we were thrilled and exhausted on watching the movie, we moved towards Rendezvous for lunch. The lunch went on pretty well with all of us having a great time and at the same time eating delicious food.

After lunch it was time to say goodbye to all my friends and to thank them for making my day special by giving them my small token of love, the 'return gift'. I had a great time with all my friends and I'd like to thank them from the bottom of my heart for making my day so special.

P.S. - The gifts were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

    1. Why don't you tell us more about the gifts you received?

("This comment has been removed by the author" because I deleted my previous comment because of it having no question mark at the end, i.e., it read, "Why don't you tell us more about the gifts you received.")
